The CooperRiis Staff

As both a therapeutic community and an actual working community, our staff members are integral to our success. In addition to their individual qualifications, the CooperRiis Healing Community staff members bring experience and desire as coaches, teachers, advisors, musicians and guides.

As of January 2011, the CooperRiis Healing Community employs over 130 full and part-time staff (including part and full time volunteers) that serve 30 residents at the Mill Spring location, 24 residents at 85Z, and over 24 residents in our Community Program. Our talented and devoted staff is chosen for their kindness, for their ability to believe in and have hope for our residents, and for their mental health expertise and ability to find and appreciate the strengths of vulnerable people.
